Ares 5 is another building from the Ares series being built in the charming Saranda. The fantastic location of the building provides not only a stunning view of Corfu and the bay, but also the proximity to the beach, which you can reach after a 3-minute walk. In this 6-storey building there will be 24 modern apartments with balconies.

WWe will also provide residents with a two-level parking lot with chargers for electric cars. The building will also be equipped with facilities for the disabled.

Payment for the purchase of real estate, including the division into individual premises, is made in tranches.

The buyer pays the first tranche of 35% of the investment value within 14 days of signing the notarial contract.

The second tranche in the amount of 30% of the investment value is payable upon completion of the framework construction stage specified in the contract.

The third payment of 30% of the price is made when the keys to the finished apartment are handed over.

The remaining 5% is paid by the buyer after the investment is completed and the certificate is handed over.

The agency’s commission is 5% of the real estate sale price and covers all costs related to handling the real estate purchase process, including; notarial fees (notary tax, purchase tax, stamps), sworn translation into English and all activities necessary to finalize the sales contract.

Apart from the price of the property and the value of the commission, the buyer does not incur any additional costs. The agency commission is payable upon signing the reservation contract.

The buyer, for the services of administration and maintenance of common areas, shall pay to the Investor or a company designated for maintenance

– a monthly fee of 30 EUR for each apartment.

Property will be transferred to the buyer with the following equipment:

• double-glazed windows in EU standard
• ceramic tiles on floors (living room, corridors, bedrooms, bathrooms)
• ceramic tiles on walls (bathrooms)

• ready to connect to the central unit
• shower mixer in the bathroom
• linear drain in bathrooms
• sink in the bathroom
• bathroom faucet
• toilet bowl
• walls and ceilings painted white

Fiber optic internet connection will be provided to the building.

For our clients, it is possible to purchase a parking space in the building’s garage. There is a maximum of one parking space for each apartment.
