Payment for the purchase of real estate, including the division into individual premises, is made in tranches.
The buyer pays the first tranche of 90% of the investment value within 14 days of signing the notarial contract.
The remaining 10% is paid by the buyer after the investment is completed and the certificate is handed over.
The agency’s commission is 5% of the real estate sale price and covers all costs related to handling the real estate purchase process, including; notarial fees (notary tax, purchase tax, stamps), sworn translation into English and all activities necessary to finalize the sales contract.
Apart from the price of the property and the value of the commission, the buyer does not incur any additional costs. The agency commission is payable upon signing the reservation contract.
The buyer, for the services of administration and maintenance of common areas, shall pay to the Investor or a company designated for maintenance
– a monthly fee of 30 EUR for each apartment.
